Privacy Policy
Effective date: 1 October 2026
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rosie Bans & Fridays Off Forever ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit www.fridaysoffforever.com, take our quiz, join our mailing list or book a session with us.
We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and, for visitors in the European Union (including Ireland), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).
2. Who we are
Rosie Bans & Fridays Off Forever is run by FG Creative Ltd, a company registered in Glasgow, Scotland. We are the data controller for your personal data.
Contact: hello@rosiebans.co.uk
3. What data we collect
-
Identity and contact data: your name and email address
-
Quiz data: your answers to our quiz, your quiz result, your score and a lead ranking (hot, warm or cold) worked out from your answers. Some answers cover business information, such as your revenue range and how long you've been in business
-
Session data: anything you share with us if you book and attend a free 1:1 session, including notes we take during the call
-
Transaction data: details of purchases or bookings, if you buy from us
-
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type
-
Usage and advertising data: pages you visit, how you found our site (for example, which ad you clicked) and actions you take, such as completing the quiz. We only collect this with your consent (see section 9)
4. How we collect your data
-
Directly from you: when you take the quiz, join our mailing list, book a session, buy from us or email us
-
Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, when you've agreed to them
-
From third parties: for example, Meta tells us which ads people respond to (in summary form, not who you are) and payment providers confirm payments
5. How we use your data
-
To show you your quiz result and send you the resources you signed up for
-
To send you our newsletter and marketing emails, if you've opted in
-
To use your quiz results to help shape our marketing, decide who we reach out to, and tailor how we communicate with you
-
To run those sessions and use what we learn (anonymised) to shape our programmes
-
To provide services and products you buy, and manage bookings and payments
-
To measure how well our ads and website work, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site or taken the quiz (if you've agreed to marketing cookies)
-
To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations
6. Lawful basis for processing
-
Consent: for marketing emails, for marketing and analytics cookies, and for the Meta Pixel. You can withdraw consent at any time
-
Contract: to provide services or products you've bought or booked
-
Legitimate interests: to score quiz responses, invite suitable people to free sessions, run our business and keep our website secure. We've balanced these against your rights, and you can object at any time
-
Legal obligation: to keep records for tax and accounting
7. Who we share your data with
We only share your data with trusted providers who help us run Fridays Off Forever. They process it on our instructions and must keep it secure.

8. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising
If you agree to marketing cookies on our website, or tick the consent box when you submit our quiz, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. These tell Meta when you visit our pages or complete the quiz, so we can measure which ads work and show our ads to people likely to be interested.
When you submit the quiz, we send Meta whether you completed it and whether your ranking was hot or warm, along with your email address and first name in scrambled (hashed) form so Meta can match the activity to a Meta account. Meta doesn't give us your Facebook or Instagram details.
For this part of the data collection, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers. You can read how Meta uses data in Meta's Privacy Policy (www.facebook.com/privacy/policy) and control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make our website work, and analytics and marketing cookies (including the Meta Pixel) only if you agree. You can change your choice at any time. Full details are in our Cookie Policy at www.fridaysoffforever.com/cookie-policy.
10. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside the UK and the EU, mainly in the United States. When this happens, we make sure your data is protected by an approved safeguard, such as the UK-US Data Bridge and EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
11. How long we keep your data
-
Mailing list: until you unsubscribe
-
Quiz responses and ranking: for as long as we need them to run our marketing and stay in touch with you. We review the data we hold regularly and delete what we no longer need
-
Session notes: for as long as they're useful for shaping our programmes. Where we can, we keep anonymised insights only
-
Customer and payment records: 6 years, for tax and accounting
-
Cookies: see our Cookie Policy
12. Your rights
You have the right to:

-
Object to us using your data based on legitimate interests, including your quiz ranking
-

To use any of these rights, email us at hello@rosiebans.co.uk. We'll reply within one month.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it took effect at the top.
